Print Packaging
We have the ability to print lithographic (offset) cartons with the highest dpi dot to enhance the look of your printed product. Our presses are able to produce up to 7 colours with 2 different coatings in one pass on the larger format machine and up to 6 colours with 2 coatings on the smaller format machine. We have also invested in the process of in-line cold foil printing, which enhances the look of folding cartons.

Pre-Press
AMR Hewitts has a dedicated Pre-Press department who will handle your dieline and artwork requirements. From creating a new package design for your product and mockup samples artwork to corrections, colour management, print ready PDFs, colour correct and fingerprinted proofs.

Die Cutting
AMR Hewitts have invested in two brand new die cutting machines, the Heidelberg DM113 and Heidelberg VM82. These die cutting machines allow us to cut, perforate, emboss and Braille any carton design, consequently increasing our production speeds and improving our production turnaround times.

Gluing
Capable of folding and gluing a range of carton types including straight line, crash bottom, shelf ready cartons and also cartons which require pre-breaks that might be due to packing machine restraints. With the ability to apply leaflets to pharmaceutical cartons as well as holograms we at AMR Hewitts have your gluing needs covered.
