Here at AMR Hewitts Print Packaging, we have the ability to print lithographic (offset) cartons with the highest dpi dot to enhance the look of your printed product.

Our presses are able to produce up to 7 colours with 2 different coatings in one pass on the larger format machine and up to 6 colours with 2 coatings on the smaller format machine.

AMR Hewitts has invested in the process of In-line Cold Foil printing. Cold Foil not only enhances the look of folding cartons but also adds value with this embellishment. To further compliment the cold foil embellishment, AMR Hewitts has created our own Cold Foil Colour book using CMYK process.

The introduction of quad coating towers to our printing presses was an Australian first and enables us to perfect the colour shift technology:

• Heidelberg CD102-7 + LYYLX 7 colour + quad coater, primer UV over conventional, cold foil.
• Heidelberg CD74-6 + LYYLX-F 6 colour + quad coater, convertible press.

Our print packaging services also include pre-press, die-cutting, and gluing.
